Canada Seeks Comments on DNC Rules

The Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission released a public notice yesterday asking for input on the development and operation of a national do-not-call list and on telemarketing rules.

Anyone interested in commenting must let the commission know by March 6. A public consultation will be held in Quebec on May 2-5.

A consortium will be created to select an administrator for the list. Its first meeting will take place March 21
