CampaignOne to Handle CRM for Partners First

This month, credit card company Partners First, Linthicum, MD, chose CampaignOne from Nestor, Providence, RI, a decision-support solutions provider, to help manage the execution of its customer relationship management initiatives. According to Nestor, by centralizing the operational aspects of marketing efforts with CampaignOne, Partners First can create a more comprehensive view of its customer base, and in turn use that information to more effectively understand the individual needs of its customers.


Together the two will develop custom neural-network models to evaluate and predict customer behavior patterns.
