Call_Solutions.com Expands Through Purchase of American Telecom

Call_Solutions.com Inc., Waukesha, WI, acquired three new call centers this week through its purchase of American Telecom Inc., Horsham, PA.


The purchase increases the company's call center total from seven to 10.


Call_Solutions.com has more than 1,200 employees at 781 workstations, an increase from 900 employees and 550 workstations prior to the purchase of American Telecom.


The former American Telecom call centers are located in Altamonte Springs, FL; Bethlehem, PA; and Horsham, PA.


Call_Solutions.com increased its annual revenue from $20 million to $30 million with the addition of American Telecom's business.


George Dalton -- former chairman/CEO of Fiserv, a data processing and information management systems provider -- founded Call_Solutions.com in November when he purchased GLS Direct Inc., Philadelphia, and Advantage Line Marketing Inc., Williston, ND. The seven call centers acquired from the purchase of the two companies are located in Clearwater, FL, where two call centers are located; Billings, Glendive and Harve, MT; Omaha, NE; and Williston, ND.
