Call_Solutions Switches Name to Novo 1
Direct marketing and teleservices provider Call_Solutions changed its name to Novo 1 Inc. to reflect its evolving identity following 15 acquisitions since 2001, the Waukesha, WI, company announced this week.As Call_Solutions acquired new companies and diversified from a teleservices firm to being a full-service customer contact and relationship marketing firm, parts of the company were "hidden behind our name," Novo 1 chairman/CEO George D. Dalton said in a statement.
In addition to inbound and outbound teleservices, Novo 1 provides market research and analysis, direct marketing strategy, database management and direct mail design.
