Call_Solutions Continues Teleservices Buying Binge

Call_Solutions.com, Waukesha, WI, acquired its fourth teleservices provider in six months last week when it bought Great Plains Development Inc., Bismarck, ND.

Terms of the purchase were not released. Great Plains Development operates three call centers in the North Dakota towns of Bottineau, Fessenden and Garrison, with a total of 96 workstations.

Great Plains Development call centers employ 200 representatives and add $3 million to the North Dakota economy. With the addition of the Great Plains Development facilities, Call_Solutions now owns 13 call centers with a total of 880 workstations and more than 1,400 representatives.

Call_Solutions was founded in November by George Dalton, former chairman/CEO of data processing and information management systems provider Fiserv. In addition to the Great Plains Development locations, the company has call centers in Altamonte and Clearwater, FL; Glendive and Harve, MT; Omaha, NE; Bismarck and Williston, ND; Bethlehem, Horsham and Philadelphia, PA; and Waukesha, WI.
