Call_Solutions Buys Telemarketing Agency
Teleservices agency Call_Solutions yesterday said that it bought CTC Teleservices, an inbound and outbound telemarketing operation, for an undisclosed sum.CTC, Oak Brook, IL, has call centers in DeKalb, IL, and Dumont, IA, and has a total of 210 workstations. In addition, CTC has developed operating partnerships with other call center operators in the United States and Canada.
The company also conducts database management for telemarketing campaigns, order entry and fulfillment, remote call monitoring and order verification.
CTC is the 10th company acquired by Call_Solutions since its founding in August 2000. The company now operates 24 call centers across the United States.
