Call_Solutions buys All City Call Center, Opens HQ
Call_Solutions.com, Waukesha, WI, bought a local call center firm yesterday that will serve as its new corporate headquarters.Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
The firm, All City Call Center, also of Waukesha, employs 21 people and handles inbound calls for medical, catalog and property management clients. The staff will be expanded in the near future to 50, with plans for expansion to 150 employees by 2004.
Call_Solutions will locate its seven corporate employees at the site. All City will expand its inbound service operations and act as a research platform for the development of new services for Call_Solutions.
Call_Solutions employs 1,400 people in 14 locations in addition to Waukesha, including: Altamonte and Clearwater, FL; Billings, Glendive and Havre, MT; Omaha, NE; Bismarck, Bottineau, Fessenden, Garrison and Williston, ND; Bethlehem, Horsham and Philadelphia, PA.
