Call Solutions Buys Sharpe Communications

Call-Solutions Inc., Atlanta, has a tentative agreement to buy outbound teleservices provider Sharpe Communications, Montego Bay, Jamaica.

Terms of the agreement were not released. Sharpe made $3.8 million in revenues for the eight-month period ending December 2000.

Sharpe maintains a call center with 250 seats and can handle both inbound and outbound telemarketing. Call-Solutions plans to equip the center with new technology to give it the ability to communicate across multiple channels, including the Internet and wireless, in addition to voice communications.
