Call Center Plans BTB Expansion
A Texas call center focusing on business-to-business outbound telemarketing could quadruple its work force by the end of July. Guaranteed Marketing Solutions' new center in Denison, TX, has about 80 representatives but aims to boost the number to 300 to 350.Most of those workers will contact small businesses on behalf of local phone companies. GMS also is handling outbound telemarketing for insurance companies in an effort to generate small-business leads.
About 75 percent of the calls will be BTB out of the 10,000-square-foot Denison center. GMS' other call centers in Texas are in Pantego, Bedford and Wichita Falls.
