Cabela's Launches Outdoor Catalog for Women

Cabela's Promotion Inc., Sidney, NE, has launched a spin-off catalog aimed at women, the cataloger of hunting and fishing supplies and apparel announced this month.


The catalog, which is expected to drop in mid-August, will also offer children's outdoor wear.


"Women have had to buy men's sizes and styles just to have clothes for outdoor pursuits," said Pat Snyder, clothing department director at Cabela's. "We realized it was time for women to have their own catalog and their own clothing lines to choose from."


The company mails more than 60 million catalogs per year.
