Using Coremetrics Online Analytics 2004, Cabela's expects to improve site usability by analyzing click-stream behaviors to determine how different segments of customers navigate the company's Web site.
Cabela's also will marry live profile data from Coremetrics with retail and catalog information inside its internal data warehouse. As a result, each department at Cabela's will gain access to a single customer profile with comprehensive multichannel activity.
