CA picks Digitas after review

IT company CA has hired Digitas to manage its digital marketing, including creative and strategy, after a review.

Marianne Budnik, CMO of CA, said in a statement that the agency is “diligent in listening to and deeply understanding the needs of our different customer and prospect audiences.” Representatives from CA could not be immediately reached for comment.

The work is business-to-business focused. A major goal is to redesign the CA Web site to reach various business audiences, from executives to IT professionals, said Dennis Riley, SVP and relationship lead at Digitas. He added that the agency will work on several initiatives for CA World 2010, which will take place next month.

In a recent change at the agency, Colin Kinsella was named president for North America effective January 1. He previously served as chief innovation officer at Razorfish, also a Publicis Groupe agency.
