E.piphany's integrated suite of software solutions, including real-time analytics, campaign management, personalization and integrated contact center management applications, has been purchased by buy.com. According to E.piphany, San Mateo, CA, buy.com will use the solution as a cornerstone of its interactive site to gain insight into its interactions with customers and personalize the customer buying experience in real time.

"The primary reason we chose E.piphany over a variety of CRM vendors is that they provide a Web-based, integrated solution based on real-time analytics that will unify our outbound marketing efforts with our inbound customer support efforts," said Travis Fagan, vice president of customer support at buy.com, Aliso Viejo, CA.

E.piphany's system has also been chosen by Casual Corner Group Inc., Enfield, CT, a retailer of women's apparel, as a key component of the company's click-and-mortar strategy. Casual Corner Group will implement the complete E.piphany solution to unite its inbound service and support with its outbound sales and marketing efforts.
