Buy.com Improves Navigation

Buy.com recently upgraded its Web site, including improvements to its search engine to conduct more precise word searches.

Other upgrades involve major product channels getting their own pull-down menus. Viewers can click on one of the subcategories so they can be taken directly to their area of interest.

In addition, viewers can click on an "Accessories" button located near each product and see additional items that can be used with the product.

The changes were made after the bargain retail site received feedback from customers and focus groups. Buy.com, Aliso Viejo, CA, offers sporting goods, books, consumer electronics, computers and a variety of other products.
