Business.com Adds 'People Search'
Businesses will be able to find sales prospects, business partners and job candidates on the Web with a new search tool added to Business.com.The Santa Monica, CA, business search engine last week launched "People Search," in which users can search a database of 24 million business people. The service is more targeted than traditional searches, Business.com said, because it returns only detailed information relevant to finding business people.
The listings include business professionals' employer, job title, work and educational history and e-mail address.
Eliyon Technologies, Cambridge, MA, developed the database for Business.com.
