Brown Brothers Harriman Selects Sagent Solution

Brown Brothers Harriman & Co. yesterday selected Sagent Solution from Sagent Technologies Inc. to help manage its customer relationships, STI said.


Account managers at BBH, a privately-owned banking company in New York, will be able to use the technology to access customers' account information populated with up-to-date data from the bank's legacy computer systems. The bank is seeking to enhance customer service by allowing its agents to view histories of all of a customer's accounts through a single access point.
