Brother Hires CyberRep for Inbound Support

Office products retailer Brother International Corp., Bridgewater, NJ, hired teleservices agency CyberRep to provide inbound telephone support in a deal announced yesterday.


CyberRep, McLean, VA, will provide customer service and technical support to Brothers International customers from its contact center in Bartlett, TN, where 60 agents will be assigned to the program. Financial details of the multi-year contract were not disclosed.


Operating eight call centers in North America, CyberRep provides customer service and sales support. Clients include AT&T, Microsoft, Nextel, Perrier and Land Rover.
