Brokers Worldwide acquires The Mailing House

Mail preparation and distribution services provider Brokers Worldwide LLC has acquired printing and fulfillment company The Mailing House Inc.

The Mailing House was established in 1946 and provides lettershop, fulfillment and data processing services to direct marketers across the country. It is based in Bell, CA.

"The addition of The Mailing House will uniquely position us to provide a single-source mail preparation and distribution solution to our customers in California and throughout the US," said Michael Hastings, CEO of Brokers Worldwide, in a statement.

Brokers Worldwide, which provides international and domestic mail services and specializes in the preparation and distribution of direct mail, catalogs, invoices, magazines, journals and parcels worldwide, has processing facilities in Philadelphia, Chicago and San Francisco. The company is based in Philadelphia.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

The Mailing House operations and staff will remain in Bell, CA. Its current general manager, Karl Nickening, will continue to manage operations.
