Internet business application supplier BroadVision, Redwood City, CA, and Sagent Technology, Palo Alto, CA, are working together to deliver data mart-based relationship management solutions over the Internet.


According to the companies, by combining Sagent's turnkey data mart solutions with BroadVision's e-commerce applications marketing managers will have a complete tool set for creating, analyzing and tailoring more effective campaigns. The combination will allow managers to view customer data as well as report, analyze, ask "what-if" questions, then act on that information to help establish and retain customers.
