BrightStreet, ePrize Form Promotions Alliance

Online sweepstakes company BrightStreet will begin offering expanded services such as sweepstakes design, legal compliance, winner selection, prize verification and prize fulfillment, the firm said yesterday.


The new services are part of a strategic alliance with Internet promotions company ePrize, Farmington Hills, MI. The arrangement allows BrightStreet, Cupertino, CA, to use ePrize's patent pending Pooled eDrawings solution.


Brightstreet said it expects that the deal will allow it to offer clients a one-stop solution to create and deliver sweepstakes.
