Global talent management firm BrassRing increased its deliverability by using e-mail StrongMail Systems Inc.'s e-mail delivery platform.

BrassRing had problems with deliverability and suffered by failing to deliver important communications to its clients. The firm has harnessed Redwood City, CA-based StrongMail's transactional e-mails to connect employers, recruiters and candidates in an attempt to better its customer service.

The StrongMail platform manages bounce back and gives live deliverability updates to prevent ISP blocks or failures.

BrassRing, Waltham, MA, generates hundreds of thousands of e-mails a day as a provider of talent management services for Fortune 1000 and Global 2000 organizations. Its services give recruitment firms and applicants with 24-hour resume processing, advanced search capabilities and access to 65 million talent profiles.
