Bombay Company Starts Canadian Site
The Bombay Company Inc., Fort Worth, TX, launched a Web site in Canada, www.bombay.ca, marking the company's first foray into e-commerce in the country as part of an effort to support its Canadian stores.The site features all merchandise and pricing found in brick-and-mortar stores and catalogs. Retail pricing is shown in Canadian dollars, and products will ship directly from Toronto to all provinces.
Customers also may use the site to sign up for e-mail alerts on advance notice of sales and promotional events.
