BizRate.com Names Alpha Dog for Promotions

Alpha Dog Productions has been named promotions agency by BizRate.com, a comparison-shopping service and an online marketplace.


The New York promotions agency will develop and implement an incentive-based, instant-win game that aims to attract traffic for completing BizRate.com point-of-sale surveys each day.


Also, Alpha Dog will handle customer service support to execute all online promotions targeted at acquiring and retaining customers for its Los Angeles client.


The 4-year-old BizRate.com allows users to comparison shop on its site and buy products through 19 store categories and more than 1,400 retailers.


Other clients of Alpha Dog include Lawyers.com, AvantGo, InfoSeek/GO Network, onHealth.com and Lexis.com.
