Bigfoot Interactive Realigns Along Vertical Markets

E-mail marketer Bigfoot Interactive is realigning its sales staff along vertical industry lines, in an effort to increase its revenue. The company also said it will reorganize its marketing, sales, research and list services units along vertical lines.

Bigfoot Interactive created eight client services groups, each designed to focus on a different industry, including automotive; banking/financial services; publishing; health care/pharmaceutical/consumer packaged goods; retail; travel/entertainment/leisure; telecom/technology and not-for-profit/government/entertainment.

Under its realignment plan, Bigfoot Interactive will develop software and services tailored for use by clients in each industry.

"Industry competency is in high demand by the market and by our client base," said Al DiGuido, Bigfoot Interactive's CEO. "Over the years, Bigfoot Interactive has developed expertise in various vertical markets that gives us the unique understanding of our client's technology and email communications needs and objectives."
