Bigfoot Interactive Debuts E-Mail Software for Financial Institutions

E-mail marketer Bigfoot Interactive yesterday launched a suite of e-mail utilities aimed at financial service institutions that the company said will help online communications.

The new e-mail suite is intended to take advantage of the growing trend among financial institutions to migrate their bill payment and presentment services to the Web.

"Never before have financial services companies been so empowered to build revenue, customer relationships, efficiencies, ROI and competitive advantage through email communications," said Al DiGuido, Bigfoot Interactive's CEO.

Bigfoot Interactive said the e-mail suite can be integrated into its e-mail targeting and delivery platform Interactive Relationship Manager 4.0. The new e-mail suite provides data and content transfers for event-based messaging such as customer service, promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, new product launches and bill presentment and payment.

One of the first clients to use the new e-mail technology is credit card issuer Capital One, the company said.
