Big Flower Adds Software Vendors

Columbine JDS, a subsidiary of Big Flower Holdings Inc., New York, and computer services provider to the broadcast and advertising industries, has acquired Adtraq Data Systems, Quebec, and KTS Automation Inc., New York, which manufacture software for advertising agencies and media buyers.


KTS does business under the name Adserve and will be renamed CJDS Adserve. Adtraq will become CJDS Adtraq. Their software will add to Columbine's agency data processing and production capabilities.


Big Flower, the $1.6 billion marketing and information services company, now has acquired four broadcast/advertising companies in the last seven months.
