Beyond Interactive Acquires U.K. Firm
Beyond Interactive, Ann Arbor, MI, yesterday agreed to acquire media21, an online media planning and buying agency based in London.Beyond Interactive plans to operate the acquired company as its European unit, headed by unit Chairman Rick Sareen, co-founder of media21.
