Better Benefits Taps Global Response for Teleservices

Insurance consulting and marketing company Better Benefits Inc. will outsource teleservices for one of its insurance plans to Global Response Corp.'s CSC Insurance division.


Global Response will provide outbound and inbound call support to Better Benefits, New York, as well as literature fulfillment services. The teleservices firm will support Better Benefits' Cafeteria Plan offering, which includes medical and dental plans, life insurance, disability benefits and health indemnity insurance.


Further details about the agreement were not disclosed.


Better Benefits specializes in employee benefit programs. Global Response, Fort Lauderdale, FL, operates a 60,000-square-foot fulfillment and contact center with a capacity for 1,000 positions.
