BestOffer.com, San Francisco, and classified Web site Recycler.com yesterday signed a co-marketing agreement.

BestOffer.com will combine its person-to-person used car online marketplace with Recycler.com's distribution and presence in the car marketplace.

The two will offer a Premium Vehicle Sales package that will include a Power Classified ad on Recycler.com; a print classified ad on Recycler.com; an unbiased, detailed 108-point inspection report covering mechanical condition and appearance performed by BestOffer.com's ASE-certified technicians; and a personalized Web page listing on BestOffer.com featuring the inspection report, multiple photos of the car, results of Department of Motor Vehicles and Carfax background checks, plus additional information and services from BestOffer.com partners covering items such as warranties, financing and insurance.

Later this summer, the two companies will market a version of BestOffer.com's Mobile Inspection Service to Recycle.com customers at a discount rate.
