Bennett Kuhn Varner Wins Project Hope

Project HOPE (Health Opportunities for People Everywhere), a nonprofit focused on health programs for women and children, named Bennett Kuhn Varner, Atlanta, to handle direct marketing.


The agency is charged with programs like donor acquisition, renewal and upgrade programs for low, high and major donors, lapsed recapture, monthly sustainer efforts and planned-giving efforts. Encouraging online fundraising and upgrading the Project HOPE site are also part of the duties.


BKV will use direct mail, telemarketing, online marketing and other media.


Project HOPE celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2008. Funds raised help toward land-based training and health-education programs in 35 countries. The U.S. headquarters are in Bethesda, MD, and international operations are based in Millwood, VA.
