Bennett Kuhn Varner Lands Prudential Carolina

Prudential Carolina Real Estate, the No. 1 real estate broker in South Carolina, awarded its $1.5 million account to Bennett Kuhn Varner, Atlanta.

The agency will create two direct marketing campaigns for the Charleston, SC-based client. The first is designed to increase the number of listings in South Carolina while the other will be meant to attract and hire skilled agents.

Prudential's 850 agents and 15 offices in South Carolina represent more than 1,500 properties for sale in the Charleston area, with prices ranging from $100,000 to $5 million-plus.

The 24-year-old Bennett Kuhn last year posted billings of more than $58 million from clients like Dirt Devil, Black & Decker for its Applica brand, Cingular Wireless, EarthLink, Six Flags Theme Parks and some American Red Cross chapters.
