Belardi/Ostroy, Eclipse form alliance

Belardi/Ostroy and Eclipse Direct Marketing, both known primarily for their list management and brokerage services, announced a strategic alliance on January 11.

Via the partnership, Belardi/Ostroy and Eclipse will work with each others' clients and prospects to broaden the scope of services provided, including e-mail campaigns, co-registration programs, lead generation, list management, strategic marketing and multichannel planning and execution.    

Belardi/Ostroy referred requests for comment to a press release. In it, Andy Ostroy, CEO of Belardi/Ostroy, said that Eclipse is "a true pioneer in the e-mail marketing and online space, and there's tremendous value to us in rolling out these services to our clients."

David Waldman, managing partner at Eclipse, added in a statement that Belardi/Ostroy's "analytic expertise is unique and has been a real asset to a variety of marketers and retailers."

An Eclipse representative could not be immediately reached for comment.
