Beech Street Corp. Picks Group 1 Software
Group 1 Software, a customer relationship management solutions vendor, said this week that Beech Street Corp. has implemented its customer data quality product.Lake Forest, CA-based Beech Street provides cost-effective delivery of healthcare services to 16 million Americans through affiliations with more than 320,000 providers, 50,000 specialty providers and 3,300 hospitals.
Beech Street is using Group 1's CODE-1 Plus and Geographic Coding Plus to ensure data quality and enhance its client service and support.
CODE-1 Plus helps ensure that Beech Street continues to communicate with its providers accurately and in a timely manner by standardizing and validating every element of an address, according to Lanham, MD-based Group 1. CODE-1 Plus is used throughout Beech Street's enterprise to provide address data quality for its network of providers.
Beech Street is using Geographic Coding Plus to append highly accurate census geography data to provider addresses. This geographic intelligence is used to refer consumers to providers within a certain distance of an address.
