Beazer Homes Taps Jackson Group

Beazer Homes USA's Indianapolis division, formerly operating under the Crossmann Communities name, appointed The Jackson Group as its agency of record.

The 42-year-old Indianapolis agency will offer strategic and creative marketing services as Crossmann switches its name to Beazer in the Indianapolis market.

Specifically, it will conduct market and competitive analysis, define a strategic message and develop creative strategy, plan media and offer secret shopper services. Print, radio, outdoor and direct mail are under consideration.

Beazer, Atlanta, is the sixth-largest developer in the United States, operating as a network of local homebuilders. It merged last year with Crossmann, aiming to consolidate its position in the first-time homebuyer segment.
