Coremetrics, a provider of hosted Web analytics and precision marketing solutions, said yesterday that specialty retailer Bear Creek Corp. chose hosted Web analytics from Coremetrics to track and analyze customer behavior for its www.harryanddavid.com and www.jacksonandperkins.com Web sites.


Bear Creek, Medford, OR, will use Coremetrics' Web analytics platform to track and analyze customer behavior, increase conversion and fine-tune site merchandising.


Using San Mateo, CA-based Coremetrics' solution, Bear Creek will tailor offerings on its Harry and David and Jackson & Perkins sites to fit customer needs, thus boosting customer satisfaction and conversion.
