Bartle Bogle beat Interpublic Group of Companies Inc.'s Martin Agency, Richmond, VA, and WPP Group PLC's Berlin Cameron/Red Cell, New York.


Bartle Bogle is 49 percent owned by France's Publicis Groupe, which recently acquired rival ad agency holding firm Chicago-based Bcom3 for $3 billion. Bartle Bogle boasts a British heritage.
