Baron Bennett and GA Design Get HomeAdvisor.com Work
Baron Bennett Direct, Seattle, and GA Design, Bellevue, WA, have been selected by Microsoft Corp.'s HomeAdvisor Technologies to create its real estate broker marketing campaign.The pitch included two other undisclosed agencies. The budget for the account also was not disclosed.
Baron Bennett will offer direct marketing, while GA Design will work on graphic design.
The shops have created a campaign that includes self-mailers, letterheads, folders, premium mailing, collateral material and a direct mail package. The aim is to create awareness and educate the top 500 real estate brokers nationwide regarding the advantages of working with HomeAdvisor.com and to get their permission to post their properties for sale.
