Banking Group Endorses 2 Harte-Hanks Programs

The Corporation for American Banking (CAB) has endorsed Harte-Hanks Data Technologies' Market Advantage and P/CIS Marketing Customer Information File (MCIF) programs.

The Harte-Hanks programs are the 15th banking product or service and only MCIF endorsed by CAB, a subsidiary of the American Bankers Association (ABA), Washington. MCIF technology provides banks with details of their customers' buying behavior and profitability and helps target marketing campaigns to the appropriate segments. It also can track campaign results and measure return on investment.

The ABA said it singled out Market Advantage and P/CIS because they provide a complete range of solutions that serve the broadest segment of its membership.

"The ABA endorsement allows bankers to incorporate MCIF technology with confidence that the system has met strict standards and will deliver what is promised,'' said CAB managing director John Wolff.

CAB identifies products and programs that assist banks with their income-producing and operational needs. Harte-Hanks Data Technologies is a division of Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing, New York.
