Bank Picks Sedona for CRM

Sedona Corp., King of Prussia, PA, a provider of Web-based customer relationship management solutions for small and midsized financial services organizations, said yesterday that Community National Bank selected Sedona as its CRM provider.


Community National Bank, Northfield, MN, invested in another vendor's CRM system last year. However, the system was unable to deliver the necessary industry-specific capabilities the bank needed to effectively manage relationships and interactions with its customers.


Sedona's vertical CRM application, Intarsia, was selected to replace the existing system.
