Bank Picks Harland for CRM

Home Valley Bank has licensed Harland Financial Solutions' Touche.


Touche, developed for financial institutions, provides instant enterprise-wide access to all customer interactions, issues and resolution tracking, automated task generation synched to designated employees, call center management and sales and referral tracking.


Touche can be integrated with a financial institution's host processing and third-party systems, including Harland's Max$ell system or other marketing customer information file solution.


Home Valley Bank, Cave Junction, OR, plans to use Touche's customer interaction history and integration abilities. The bank has been using Harland's Max$ell MCIF since 1997.
