Bank of America Chooses Synchrony's Hosted-Anywhere

Bank of America will use Synchrony Communications' integrated customer interaction management suite, called Hosted-Anywhere, the banking firm said yesterday.

Bank of America said it chose the customer relationship management provider's suite based on a comparative evaluation of alternative CRM solutions. It based its decision on functional requirements and technical feasibility, including the availability of the solution in both licensed and application service provider forms.

Hosted-Anywhere is available via both a remote-hosted and licensed-software model. Synchrony made the suite available in November and has seven customers using it.

The Synchrony Hosted-Anywhere suite can be served out of Synchrony's data centers or a client's data center, allowing information technology organizations to become internal ASPs for their business unit clients.
