Farmclub.com/Interscope, Los Angeles, yesterday signed the rock band Fisher, after the band's songs had been played or downloaded nearly 3 million times over the last year. Fisher issued its debut indie album, "One," in April 1999. This month three of MP3.com's top 10 requested songs were by the band.
