Bacon's Buys Delahaye Medialink

Media data aggregator Bacon's Information Inc., a subsidiary of Sweden's Observer AB, bought Delahaye Medialink, a public relations-focused media evaluation and consulting firm.


The seller was marketing communications service provider Medialink Worldwide Inc. Terms were not announced.


Delahaye has revenue of $9 million from offices in Norwalk, CT; Portsmouth, NH; Washington and London. It specializes in brand reputation, measurement and consulting, adding to Bacon's evaluation services.


Observer is involved in media research, distribution, monitoring and evaluation services.
