Axonom Plans Support for New Microsoft CRM Product
Axonom, a provider of Microsoft-based CRM solutions, said yesterday it expects to release Powertrak V6.0 this winter. The program is designed to run with Microsoft's new customer relationship management solution and offer support for Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Web technologies and Microsoft .NET.The product is scheduled to ship simultaneously with Microsoft CRM on Dec. 1.
Powertrak V6.0 will include vertical solutions for industries including nonprofit and hi-tech manufacturing. Axonom said each industry solution supports active workflow and implementation procedures. Powertrak users will be able to access one vertical solution as well as various add-on modules. In addition, it will provide integration into Microsoft Business Solutions accounting as well as numerous legacy and back-office systems.
