Away.com Chooses Xchange Dialogue to Manage Opt-in Email Campaigns

Xchange, Inc., Boston, said yesterday that Away.com, an online adventure travel services provider, has selected Xchange Dialogue for eMessaging to implement targeted, permission-based eMessaging campaigns to strengthen and grow its customer relationships.


Away.com will use Xchange Dialogue in a hosted ASP environment.


Away.com, Washington D.C., is a destination travel site that helps members plan adventurous vacations. The Web site also offers an integrated library, an outfitter and a café where users can research, talk about and book travel.


Chad Allen, director of interactive product development, Away.com said that it chose Xchange Dialogue because it wanted a solution that could manage large, personalized campaigns while keeping up with the company's rapidly growing member list.
