Avis Picks DraftWorldwide for Loyalty, Relationship Programs

Avis Rent A Car Inc. announced that it has selected DraftWorldwide, Chicago, as its loyalty and relationship marketing agency of record.


Few details were released about the type of loyalty programs that the agency would create for Avis, other than that the assignment would involve strategic planning, research, database consulting, modeling and creative support.


With $2.2 billion in revenue and a fleet that averages 200,000 vehicles, Avis is the world's second-largest car rental company. It is a subsidiary of Cendant Corp., Parsippany, NJ. The Avis account will be handled from DraftWorldwide's New York office.
