Auto Parts Marketer Picks NuEdge CRM Suite

Performance Products has chosen NuEdge Systems' suite of campaign management and business intelligence tools to improve response rates, increase revenue opportunities and bolster loyalty among customers, the company said yesterday.


Performance Products is a multichannel retailer of automotive parts and accessories with more than 2 million customers and more than 65,000 products offered through catalogs and an e-commerce Web site.


According to the two companies, Performance Products will use NuEdge Suite to gather and analyze information on the individual customer or prospect and apply that knowledge by building, monitoring and refining individualized communications that reflect the unique profiles of its customers.


Performance Products also intends to incorporate data from its legacy system into NuEdge Suite, expanding the customer view further.
