Audi of America selects RTC as CRM agency

Audi of America named Washington, DC-based RTC Relationship Marketing its CRM agency of record on September 30. Under the agreement with Audi, the agency will develop enhanced owner communications as well as programs to increase loyalty and to attract new customers to the Audi brand.

“We'll be working with Audi on targeting the right prospects, better conversion of prospects, follow through, retention and loyalty,” said Barry Kessel, CEO of RTC Relationship Marketing. “As soon as you buy or lease the Audi, we want to begin turning you into a repeat buyer.”

The selection of RTC fits with a “hometown strategy” that Audi of America has developed to build its profile in the Washington, DC, the company's headquarters since the summer of 2008. As a part of this strategy, Audi is working closely with businesses in the metropolitan area, as well as public and private organizations.
