At least use the right nameI received a very off-target piece of direct mail recently from an office supply chain store.
Firstly, it thanked me for being "a longtime customer" (which I am not) and even went as far as to address me as "Byron" on the postcard. I have no pressing need for a desk chair, but if I do I may go to a different retailer.
