I received a very off-target piece of direct mail recently from an office supply chain store.

Firstly, it thanked me for being "a longtime customer" (which I am not) and even went as far as to address me as "Byron" on the postcard. I have no pressing need for a desk chair, but if I do I may go to a different retailer.

Seen any DM pieces recently that have made you cringe(or any great ones you would like to praise)? Please contact me at Bryan.Yurcan@dmnews.com and we may be interested in featuring your critique in our Direct Choice weekly feature.
